Frequently asked questions about Business Personalized Visa® Debit Cards at BBVA Compass.
It’s just like a normal debit card, except you get to choose the photo or image that appears on the card. Of course, there are image guidelines, but as long as your image complies with those basic rules, you can create a check card that’s unique to you.

Yes, but only if the employee has the necessary checking account information to submit an image. Please note: the business’ Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), checking account number and BBVA Compass Visa Debit Card number are required for image submission.
We’ll notify you if there’s a problem with the submitted image, and you’ll have the opportunity to submit another photo. In most cases it may be as simple as selecting an image that isn’t trademarked or under copyright. Please review the image guidelines prior to submitting an image. If you are paying to have a personalized BBVA Compass Visa Debit Card and your image is rejected, you will not be charged unless you resubmit another photo and it is accepted.
Sure. And you can do it as often as you like. There is a $10 fee to change your image and have a new card issued.
No. Your account, your PIN and everything else will remain the same. The only things that change are how the card looks and the expiration date since it’s based on your card issue date.
