It is imperative to your account security that each user has his or her own Online Banking credentials. Grant access to users as Secondary Administrators or Entitled Users.
Secondary Administrators are able to access entitled accounts and services and to entitle other users to access accounts and services. Entitled Users may only access entitled accounts and services.

The primary business account name will be the name on paper checks generated using Bill Pay.

Any pre-existing alerts will need to be re-established in your new Online Banking.
