International Transfers

How do I add an account for a International Transfers?
  • 1. Move your mouse over the Payments & Transfers tab, and then click on International Transfers. Then select the Manage Accounts tab. If you have previously added any accounts for international transfers they will be displayed on the Manage Accounts tab.
  • 2. To add a new account for international transfers, place your mouse over the Add Account button and click to select.
  • 3. Enter the Account Holder Name information on the Add International Account page. Please type the name as it appears on the account to which you will be sending international transfers.
  • 4. Enter the Account Holder Home Address information of the account holder.
  • 5. Enter the Account Holder Email Address of the account holder. (Optional)
  • 6. Move your mouse over the down arrow in the Destination Country box and click to display the eligible destination countries. Move your mouse over your choice then click.
  • 7. Move your mouse over the down arrow in the Destination Bank box and click to display the eligible destination banks for that country. Move your mouse over your choice then click.
  • 8. Enter the Account Number for the destination bank. If applicable, move your mouse over the down arrow in the Account Type box and click to display the eligible account types for that bank. Move your mouse over your choice then click.
  • 9. Move your mouse over the down arrow in the Destination Currency box and click to display the eligible destination currencies for that bank. Move your mouse over your choice then click. Click the Next button to continue.
  • 10. In Step 2, you will need to verify the transaction with a One-time Security Code that will be delivered to you via text message to your mobile phone or to your Primary Email Address. Enter this code in the One-time Security Code box. Click the Submit button.
  • 11. You will receive an Account Added message when the new account has been successfully added.
How do I send an International Transfer?
  • 1. Move your mouse over the Payments & Transfers tab, and then click on International Transfers.
  • 2. For Step 1, click on the Send Money tab, select the account from which you would like to make the international transfer by clicking on the down arrow next to the From box. Move your mouse over one of the accounts displayed, and then click to choose the account.
  • 3. To select the account to which you would like to make the transfer, click the down arrow next to the To box. Move your mouse over one of the accounts displayed, and then click to choose the account.
  • 4. Click your mouse inside the Amount field and enter the currency amount you would like to send.
  • 5. Fees, Taxes, and Total to Recipient are automatically calculated based on the amount you have provided in the previous step.
  • 6. Enter the purpose of your transfer in the Reason for Transaction field. When finished, click the Next button.
  • 7. In Step 2, you will need to verify the transaction with a One-time Security Code that will be delivered to you via text message to your mobile phone or to your Primary Email Address. Enter this code in the One-time Security Code box. Click the Submit button.
  • 8. You will receive a Payment Receipt when the transaction is successfully sent. You can choose to Make Another Transfer or Close the window.
How much can I transfer?

Customer and bank limits vary. If provided by the destination bank, the maximum amount you can transfer will be listed below the Amount box. The exact amount of money you can transfer may change, depending on how much you have transferred recently.

What are the different transaction status types?

PENDING – The transaction request has been received and is waiting to be processed. Each transfer will be in Pending status for at least 30 minutes after a transfer is submitted. Transactions with a Pending status can be cancelled.
PROCESSING – The transaction request has been sent and cannot be cancelled.
UNDER REVIEW – The transaction request is under further review before being processed.
PROCESSED – The transaction has successfully processed.
CANCELLATION REQUESTED – Cancellation of the transaction was requested by the user or by the system.
CANCELLED – The transaction has been cancelled by the user or by the system. If any money has already been taken out of an account, it will be returned.

How do I cancel an International Transfer?
  • 1. Move your mouse over the Payments & Transfers tab, and then click on International Transfers.
  • 2. If the transaction status is Pending, you will see a Trash Can icon next to the transaction. Click on the Trash Can icon next to the transaction you would like to cancel, located on the right-hand side of the transaction row. The transaction you have selected to cancel will expand and display the Cancel International Transfer page with details related to that transaction.
  • 3. Click on the Cancel Transaction button. 
  • 4. You will receive an International Transfer Cancelled confirmation page when the transaction is successfully cancelled.
  • 5. Click on Close to return to the Transaction Activity page.
Why can't I cancel a transaction?

If a transaction has started processing, you will no longer by able to cancel that transaction.
