Can I begin using Online Banking right now?

If you have any type of active, personal BBVA Compass account or loan, you can start using Online Banking right away. Our easy-to-follow activation process gives you step-by-step instructions on how to get started. You’ll need the full account number or a debit card and 4-digit PIN. 

If you activate using an account number, you’ll see the current and available balances for the account. If you activate using your debit card, you’ll see the current and available balances for all accounts tied to your card. You’ll start to see transactions (checks, cleared deposits, etc.) on the next business day. You can activate Online Bill Pay on checking accounts as soon as you’ve activated Online Banking and can start paying bills right away.

You can sign on to Online Banking immediately if you have the following:

Can Online Banking be used with Quicken®?

Yes. You can use it by itself via the Web, or access it with the current versions of Quicken® for Windows or Quicken® for Mac (The three most recent versions of Quicken® are supported.)  In fact, you can use it both ways with the same Username and Password.
