First, if you have Find My Mobile enabled, you can follow the instructions in Find My Mobile to erase your phone. If you do not and you wish to disable your token account number, you can call BBVA Compass at 1-844-533-8041 and we will be happy to assist in disabling the ability to use Samsung Pay on your lost or stolen device.
