Compass e-Access customers can access their services and accounts with their mobile devices. Authorized users can view account balances and detailed transactions, initiate ACH and book transfers, create stop payment requests, and approve ACH batches, pass-thru files and wire transfers while on the go.
Compass e-Access Mobile offers a secure option for staying in touch with your time-sensitive transactions and approval responsibilities. These mobile channel services compliment our Users' ability to receive up to seven types of event-based alert notifications (e.g., a wire transfer is pending your approval) by phone, text, or e-mail. The combination of mobile alert delivery, mobile transaction access, plus the option of text, e-mail, or voice delivery of One Time Passcodes (OTP) necessary to access the secure mobile channel, places everything you need to do your banking in the palm of your hand. A user may choose an RSA SecurID® token in lieu of OTP.
Compass e-Access Mobile includes apps for iPad, iPhone, and Android devices. An Authorized User's service permissions to view account balances and detailed transactions, as well as their ACH, book transfer and wire approval limits, are the same with Mobile as they are when using Compass e-Access online. A User's existing multifactor authentication method (RSA SecurID token or One Time Passcodes) will apply to the Mobile login, ACH, and wire approval functions.

To get started, a user simply downloads the free "Compass e-Access" app from either the App Store or Google's Play Store, as applicable for the device. A Corporate Administrator must also grant a user permission to the mobile app service. It really is that easy!
