The easiest way to track debit card activity is through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
If you are a BBVA Compass customer, in Online Banking under Account Summary, click “Checking” to see all pending and posted transactions. If you see any unauthorized transactions, contact us via the Service Center tab or call us at 1-800-239-5175.

BBVA Compass also offers customers “mini statements” at BBVA Compass ATMs. These statements include the last 10 deposits, last 10 debits, or last 10 transactions.
You will need to contact your bank to cancel a debit card. Typically, you will be asked to verify your identity before a bank representative can discuss your account with you. Thus, you will need to provide your full name as it appears on the account, your account number, and/or your social security number.

If your ATM or debit card is lost or stolen, please contact your bank immediately.
If you are a BBVA Compass customer, immediately call 1-800-266-7277 to report a lost or stolen card to customer service. You may also report a lost, stolen, or damaged debit card using any of the methods in the Q&A above.
BBVA Compass will suspend transactions on the lost or stolen card and reorder a replacement, if desired. You will receive a new card within seven to ten business days.
Again, contact your bank immediately and report the unauthorized transactions. Typically, your bank will freeze your card to prevent any additional transactions.
