Paying Interest |
Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. We will not charge you interest on purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month. We will begin charging interest on cash advances and balance transfers on the transaction date. |
Minimum Interest Charge |
If you are charged interest on purchases, the charge will be no less than $1. |

How We Will Calculate Your Balance: We use a method called "average daily balance (including new Purchases)."
The Introductory APR for Purchases will apply through the end of the 6th billing cycle after the account is opened for all Purchases posted to the account within the same period. The Introductory APR for Balance Transfers will apply through the end of the first year after the account is opened for all Balance Transfers requested within 30 days of account opening.
The BBVA Compass ClearPoints Visa Credit Card may not be available to residents of all states. California Residents: Married applicants may apply for separate accounts. Delaware Residents: Service charges not in excess of those permitted by law will be charged on the outstanding balance from month to month. Utah Residents: You are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflected on your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations. Delaware Residents: Service charges not in excess of those permitted by law will be charged on the outstanding balance from month to month. Ohio Residents: The Ohio law against discrimination requires that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that the credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law. Maryland Residents: Finance charges will be imposed in amounts or at rates not in excess of those permitted by law.
