3 Mortgage Offer: Special discount applies to mortgage applications for the purpose of purchasing or refinancing a primary residence. Applications received 1/1/12 – 6/30/12 that subsequently close by 8/15/12 are eligible to receive $500 off total closing fees. Reduced fees will be reflected on the borrower's initial disclosure as “Fee paid by the lender.” Borrower must open or already have a BBVA Compass Partnership Banking consumer checking account and must have their monthly mortgage payment auto-debited from the BBVA Compass account in order to take advantage of the special offers. The BBVA Compass account must be opened prior to the closing date. Auto-debit enrollment forms must be signed by borrower on or before loan closing. Auto-debit is not a requirement to obtain a loan, but is a requirement to obtain the special mortgage discount. BBVA Compass employee loans are not eligible.
