Online Banking Conversion Schedule
Starting Thursday, February 11th at 5:00 p.m. CT, Guaranty Online Banking will no longer be available. Beginning Sunday February 14th at 8:00 a.m. CT you will have access to Online Banking at BBVA Compass.
During this conversion period, if you need balance information or wish to make a transfer, please visit or call your branch.
For your added convenience, Online Banking Support specialists will be available to assist you Sunday, February 14th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT.
Regular support hours beginning Presidents’ Day, February 15th, are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT on Saturday. Online Banking Support can be reached at 1-800-273-1057 starting February 14th.
