to BBVA Compass Online Banking
Online Banking is a great way to save time and control your banking. To find out more about the features and functionality of this service, view our Online Banking demonstration.
You may also want to consider a new online service called MyCompass. It's free and it works with Online Banking to consolidate all of your online accounts – even those not at BBVA Compass – into one online screen. Learn more about MyCompass.
With the transition of Guaranty online services to Online Banking, there are a few things we'd like for you to remember.
Our online services will be offline from
February 11th at 5 p.m. CT until Februrary 14th at 8:00 a.m. CT
We'll be upgrading our system to include Guaranty online clients from 5 p.m. CT on Thursday, February 11th until 8:00 a.m. CT on Sunday, February 14th. Your local branch can provide you with account balances if you need them on Friday, February 12th or Saturday, February 13th.
For your convenience, our Online Banking Support specialists will be available to assist you on Sunday, February 14th from 8:00 a.m. CT to 4:00 p.m. CT and on Presidents' Day, Monday, February 15th from 7:00 a.m. CT to 10:00 p.m. CT at 1-800-273-1057.
Other Important Information
- If you've been exporting your transactions from Guaranty's online services into Microsoft® Money, Quicken® or QuickBooks®, see our special instructions for financial software users.
- Please review the Agreement and Consent for Electronic Information which includes the Agreement and Disclosure Statement for Online Banking. You'll need to read and agree to this disclosure the first time you sign on to Online Banking.
- Please review the Compass Consumer Privacy Disclosure if you have a consumer checking account in your online banking profile or use Online Banking to pay personal bills.
- Check our web browser requirements to ensure your browser is compatible with Online Banking. (Most current browsers are compatible.)
- Your browser's security settings must be set to accept cookies from the Online Banking site (online.compassweb.com).
