Mobile Remittance Services Addendum

This Mobile Remittance Services Addendum ("Remittance Services Addendum") applies to the Secure Send International Money Transfer Service (this "Service"), which is part of the Mobile Banking Service offered through BBVA Compass Mobile Banking. This Service permits Mobile Banking users to remit funds to a pre-designated beneficiary at one of the Remittance Network Members, as determined by the Bank. "Remittance" means the transmission made through this Service. You may use this Service to initiate payments electronically from any Mobile Account for which this Service is available.

This Remittance Services Addendum shall be considered as part of the BBVA Compass Mobile Banking Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") and applies specifically to the Service available to you under this Addendum. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning set forth in the BBVA Compass Remittance Services Agreement, unless otherwise stated.

Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Addendum. This Addendum is subject to change from time to time. We will notify you of any material change as provided in the Terms of Use. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add services, eliminate services, or otherwise modify the terms or features of any service. Any change will begin to apply upon the effective date of the change, and will apply only to your future use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will indicate your acceptance of any such changes to the Service.

Your use of this Service will be governed by the Deposit Account Agreement, the BBVA Compass Remittance Services Agreement, the BBVA Compass Mobile Banking Terms of Use, this Mobile Remittance Services Addendum, and all other terms and conditions in agreements governing accounts you have with us or services we provide to you, as applicable.

Consent Regarding Electronic Communications

By accepting this Addendum, you consent to receiving all communications regarding the Service, including transaction receipts ("Service Communications"), electronically via email or through the Mobile Application. For any information that you have agreed to receive electronically, we have no obligation to provide you or any other owner or authorized signer on the related account with a paper copy of the Service Communication unless and until your consent for electronic communications is withdrawn as described below.

In order to receive, access, view and retain Service Communications, you must have the following: (i) an Eligible Mobile Device; (ii) all information required to enroll in the Mobile Application; (iii) an internet browser that is capable of supporting at least 128-bit encryption; (iv) the ability to print or download documents and sufficient electronic storage to retain such documents; (v) an email account with the necessary software (email client or web browser) to send and receive email messages; (vi) in order to receive and access a Portable Document Format or "PDF" version of Service Communications, you must have a current version of a PDF reader. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper copy of any Service Communication that you have agreed to receive electronically. We may, but are not required to, make available paper copies of any Service Communications that were provided to you electronically. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to charge a fee to provide a paper copy of any Service Communication previously delivered to you electronically. You may call us at 1-800-273-1057 to find out about the availability of a paper copy of any particular Service Communication, and the amount of any fee you will be charged for that paper copy. You may withdraw your consent to having Service Communications provided to you electronically by contacting us by telephone at 1-800-273-1057. However, if you do so, we will automatically unenroll you from the Service. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the email address you have provided to us in connection with your use of the Mobile Banking Service is current and accurate. You may make changes to this email address by signing in to the Mobile Application or BBVA Compass Online Banking and updating the email address in your profile.

At our option, we may, but are not required to, treat your provision of an invalid email address or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid email address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive Service Communications electronically. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Service Communications. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive Service Communications electronically will be effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal, and will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of any Service Communications provided to you electronically under this Addendum.

In order to verify that you can receive Service Communications electronically, you will be emailed a One-time PIN that is required to access the Service for the first time.
