Corporate Reputation
For BBVA Compass, reputation is how the company is perceived by stakeholders, both internal and external. Reputation is the result of the company’s behavior, developed over time, which describes our ability to create value for the previously mentioned stakeholders.
In 2009, BBVA Compass is partnering with the Reputation Institute (RI) to ensure our practices are having the desired outcomes. Through RepTrak, we will be implementing a model to measure and manage corporate reputation. The results of the survey will allow us to take corrective action when necessary and to uncover needs we can meet through innovation and differentiation.
