BBVA Compass Community Reinvestment

Community Development Loans

As a member of the communities we serve, we share a common goal with all our fellow citizens - corporate and individual - to see that our communities continue to grow and improve. One way that Compass Bank serves its communities is by financing and supporting developmental projects which have a positive impact on all economic segments of our markets.

In 2005, Compass funded more than $136 million in loans which provided a direct benefit to FEMA-designated disaster areas. For the combined years 2005 and 2006, Compass financed nearly $1.4 billion in community development projects which have expanded affordable housing, promoted economic development, encouraged revitalization and provided an overall benefit to the quality of life in our communities.

Whether you are a non-profit or a for-profit developer, Compass Bank is here to assist you with your community development project. Together, we are strengthening communities.
