Compass e-Access® Mobile
Compass e-Access customers can access their services and accounts with their mobile device. Authorized Users can view account balances and detailed transactions, approve ACH batches and pass thru files, initiate book transfers, and approve wire transfers while on the go.
Compass e-Access Mobile offers another secure option for staying in touch with your time-sensitive transactions and approval responsibilities. These mobile channel services compliment our Users' ability to receive up to seven types of event-based alert notifications (e.g., a wire transfer is pending your approval) by phone, text, e-mail, or fax. The combination of mobile alert delivery, mobile transaction access, plus the option of text, e-mail, or voice delivery of One Time Passcodes necessary to access the secure mobile channel, places everything you need to do your banking in the palm of your hand.
Compass e-Access Mobile is strictly browser-based, so there are no apps to download. An Authorized User's service permissions to view account balances and detailed transactions, as well as their ACH book transfer and wire approval limits, are the same with Mobile as they are when using Compass e-Access online. There are no additional setup steps required to begin using Compass e-Access Mobile. A User's existing multifactor authentication method (RSA SecurID token or One Time Passcodes) will apply to the Mobile login, ACH, and wire approval functions.
