There is a monthly service charge of $11.95 per month for Business Build-to-Order Checking. This charge will not apply for the month during which at least one of the following requirements are met:

• A minimum of three (3) bills paid through our Online Banking Bill Payment service, OR
• The account has an average daily collected balance of at least $3,000, OR
• The business is enrolled (subject to eligibility) in the Compass BusinessClass Preferred^® Plus program, OR
• The business is enrolled (subject to eligibility) in the BBVA Compass For Your Cause^® program.
