How it works –
Cash Vault Services
- You establish a depository account
- You complete a Vault Processing Instruction form with BBVA Compass
- As part of the set up process, you provide us with:
- deposit handling procedures
- peak days
- volume information
- You arrange for armored carrier services to deliver your deposits to the vault location, and/or to pick up currency and change orders.
- Your armored carrier arrives at the BBVA Compass vault location, a secure setting with:
- surveillance equipment
- automatic locking doors
- dual control procedures
- Both your armored carrier and a vault representative verify shipments and initial the transport documents.
- Any bags received from your company are processed and deposited to the BBVA Compass checking account you designate.
- For cash orders, the courier delivers the shipment directly to your location as per your instructions.
