BBVA Compass may, in its sole discretion, enroll clients in the Compass BusinessClass Preferred program, regardless of whether the client otherwise meets the eligibility requirements, and may impose lesser requirements to maintain Preferred Client status. Compass BusinessClass Preferred program is subject to change or termination at any time, without notice to you. BBVA Compass reserves the right to review qualifying balances for Compass BusinessClass Preferred client status on a periodic basis.

Business Build-to-Order Checking: Checking accounts subject to approval. $100 minimum opening deposit required. Additional terms may apply; refer to your account disclosure for details. ATM Rebates: International service fees can also be rebated upon request. Fees for point-of-sale transactions, even if made at an ATM, are not rebated. In order to receive a rebate of ATM fees, the fee must be itemized on the transaction record.

Preferred funds availability on daily deposits: Deposited funds will not be held on deposits made to your business checking account up to $25,000 a day for the BusinessClass Preferred Plus Program. BBVA Compass reserves the rights to and has discretion to put a hold on items in accordance with applicable law, regulations and account agreement.

Immediate Provisional Credit: In order to receive immediate provisional credit the total amount of the claim must not exceed $5,000. If the claim amount is greater than $5,000 no immediate credit will be given. A claim is defined as the total dollar value of the combined transactions filed for dispute investigation.

Combined Statement: Combined Statement includes business account information on checking, savings, loans and lines of credit, time deposits and credit cards. Accounts are subject to eligibility as to whether or not they can be included.

Compass Remote Deposit Online: Subject to approval. Termination fee will apply during the first three years. See Compass Remote Deposit Online Application and Agreement for details.

Merchant Services: Merchant Services accounts are subject to approval, including credit approval and the acceptance of the terms and conditions related to such service. Free terminal rebate offer applicable to the Hypercom T7Plus when purchased at the retail price of $299 and $399 for the Hypercom T4220 with rebate of the purchase price applied after processing with BBVA Compass for six (6) months with the rebate applied to the seventh (7) merchant statement as a line item credit. Limit one free terminal after rebate per relationship, regardless of the number of business locations. Early account termination fee applies. Customer must meet the requirements of BusinessClass Preferred or Preferred Plus at the time of rebate and account be in good standing and open. All offers require account activation (first batch of $25 or more in Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Network transactions) within 30 calendar days from account open date. Other fees may apply. Business Visa Credit Cards: Subject to approval, including credit approval. Offer applies to new Business Visa Credit Cards only. To earn CompassPoints on qualifying purchases, you must enroll prior to those purchases. A "Qualifying Purchase" is any signature-based purchase, Internet purchase, phone or mail-order purchase, bill payment, contactless purchase (purchases made by holding your Visa card or other device up to a secure reader instead of swiping your card), or small dollar purchase for which you are not required to sign, made with an enrolled Visa card, which is processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A. Inc. payment system. A Qualifying Purchase does not include a purchase made using a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or purchase you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN. Business Visa Check Cards: All check cards are subject to approval.

Business Line of Credit: Subject to approval, including credit approval. Convenience Line of Credit annual fee is $99 for lines up to $50,000 and $150 for lines greater than $50,000. Business Equity Line of Credit annual fee is $50.

Safe deposit Box: Small-sized safe deposit box offered at no charge, subject to availability. Not all branches have safe deposit boxes. 50% discount on larger sizes where available.

Consumer Preferred Client Program: You will remain enrolled in the Consumer Preferred Client Program as long as you are enrolled in the BusinessClass Preferred Client Plus Program, otherwise you must meet the requirements of the Consumer Preferred Client Program.
